You can control which PTO policies each employee has access to by following these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Paid Time Off.

  2. In the menu of links next to each policy (found by clicking the arrow), choose the 'Assign Policy' link.

  3. Check or uncheck the boxes next to each name to control whether the current PTO policy will be available to that person.

  4. Save your changes.
