By selecting from individual widgets, you can configure your insights to display data most relevant to your current objectives. In this article, you will learn about the widgets available to help you monitor and improve position planning and organizational strategies.

Your position insights display data on all filled and open positions, regardless of whether positions have an importance level assigned. However, setting a position's importance level for each position in your organization provides deeper insights.

Hovering over the chart allows you to view the number of terminations in a specific time period and pinpoint trends or spikes in your turnover data.
