For customers with our Recruiting feature.

The Built Recruiting feature integrates with top job boards and recruiting sites, allowing applicants to be added to your customizable hiring pipeline automatically. This article explains how to enable applicant data to be imported into Built, where you can track, review, and compare candidates.

To share a Built job posting on a job board or recruiting site :

After creating a job posting in Built, click the gray arrow next to the Job Title to display a dropdown menu. Click Share. In the Share Job Posting window, you’ll see the Link to This Job (the job-specific application form URL) and a unique Inbound Email Address, providing two options for importing applicant information directly into Built.

Note: You can also embed the code provided when displaying open positions on your website.

Providing an Online Application Form Using the Link to This Job

You can copy the Link to This Job (example shown below) and paste it on job board postings, recruiting sites, in an email, or elsewhere allowing applicants to access your application form directly. Applicants can apply for a specific position by submitting their contact information, resume, and other documents. The data collected will be imported into the Built Recruiting feature, and a new applicant profile will be created automatically.

Use a unique Inbound Email Address:

Many job boards and recruiting sites allow you to collect applicant data via automated email by providing the unique inbound email address generated by Built (example shown below).

Once you’ve updated the appropriate settings, the job board or recruiting site will send applicant data to Built automatically. New job applicant Daily Digest emails will update hiring participants so they can qualify or disqualify applicants, make a selection, and track the hiring process.

Note: Available options and settings vary across platforms. Refer to your job board or recruiting site for specific capabilities and requirements.
