Built for Teams integrates with some of the top job boards and recruiting sites in order to provide you with a seamless process to effectively hire new employees. With the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) offered within Built for Teams, new applicants can be automatically added into your hiring pipeline allowing you to keep track of and review all applicants, qualify or disqualify applicants and manage the hiring process more effectively.
There are two methods that allow for applicant information to be directly imported into Built for Teams.
Using your unique inbound email
Using a job specific application form
To setup Built for Teams ATS to integrate with an outside job board or recruiting site, use the following steps:
First you will need to post a job in the Built for Teams Recruiting feature. Access additional information and details on creating a job in Built for Teams here.
Once you have your job posting created, click the gray arrow next to the Job Title to display a drop down menu. Click Share. You will now see the auto-generated job specific application form URL and unique inbound email address.
Follow the steps below according the method you have chosen:
Using a unique inbound email:
Below is an example of a unique inbound email address generated within Built for Teams.
Many job boards and recruiting sites offer an automated email providing applicant data when a new application has been received by adjusting account or application settings.
An example of the Indeed Application Settings interface is included below.
Indeed has a specific field where you would paste the unique inbound email address generated in Built for Teams as referenced in the example above. When people apply on Indeed, their information and all documents provided will be automatically sent to Built for Teams and a new applicant profile will be automatically created.
Using a job specific application form:
When a new job post is created in Built for Teams, a job specific application form is automatically created as well. This application form provides applicants a place to apply for the position by providing contact information as well as a resume and any attachments or documents you may require. All information provided from the form will be directly imported into Built for Teams and a new applicant profile will be automatically created.
Below is an example of the link or URL created that allows applicants to access this unique application form. You can share this link to job boards, recruiting sites, in an email or pretty much anywhere you choose just by copying and pasting. By clicking the link applicants will be sent directly to your application form.
