If your organization is very large, it's unlikely that you can view the entire org chart on your screen. This article will help you select from two available options for moving your org chart within your browser window. By moving the chart and utilizing the zoom function, you can focus on different portions of your chart.
To choose/change how you move/pan the org chart:
Navigate to the Org Chart page from the main menu.
Locate your visualization tools in the upper left corner and click the Display Options icon.
Under Mouse/Trackpad Options, select Scroll to move the chart or Click and drag to move the chart. The scroll option works best with a trackpad, where you typically use a two-finger motion to scroll horizontally or vertically.
Note: When Scroll is selected, the click-and-drag option is also available.
Zooming In and Out of the Org Chart
In addition to moving the org chart around on the page, the mouse/trackpad can also be used to zoom in and out of the org chart. Refer to your device’s zoom settings to customize your trackpad. Alternatively, you can zoom in and out on the Org Chart page using the plus and minus icons located at the top right side of the page.
