If you post jobs on multiple job sites, it's helpful to know which site each job applicant was sourced from.
To track which applicants apply from which sources:
Navigate to the Recruiting page from the main menu.
Click Edit settings.
Enter each source you want to track, e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, etc.
Save the list of sources.
You've now defined your trackable sources. The next step is to add a link to your job on each source site using the unique URL generated by the system. You can access these URLs by clicking the gray arrow next to a job title, then clicking the "Share" link. You'll see that each source has a unique URL listed.
