As applicants apply to your open positions throughout the day, Built adds them to the Inbox stage of the appropriate job posting within Built. Your hiring participants can then review each applicant to determine whether or not the applicant is qualified to move forward in the hiring process.

By default, Built will send a digest email every morning to each hiring participant. The digest email will contain a list all new applicants in the last 24 hours who have applied to jobs the hiring participant is a part of.

You can disable this daily digest email by going to Recruiting > Edit Settings. Note that disabling this feature applies to all jobs and all hiring participants.
